About Roof RX
Built to bring truth, trust, and a better way forward to every roof decision.
Roof RX was built from deep experience inside the roofing world and a growing conviction that too much of the industry was operating without the clarity, trust, and accountability people deserved. We created Roof RX to build something better: a truth-first system that helps people protect property, reduce uncertainty, and move forward with confidence.

Why we built Roof RX
Roof RX did not begin as a marketing idea. It began with years of firsthand experience inside the roofing industry and a clear view of the problems that kept showing up again and again.
Too many people were being asked to make major decisions about their roof without a clear understanding of what was actually true. Homeowners were caught between conflicting opinions. Property stakeholders were left trying to sort through incomplete information. Insurance professionals were forced to work from weak visibility and inconsistent documentation. Good contractors were too often pulled into a low-trust process that made it harder to do good work and harder to protect their reputation.
The deeper we looked, the clearer the problem became. The issue was bigger than roofing. The issue was trust.
So Roof RX was built to create something the market had been missing: an independent source of roof truth that could create clarity, align stakeholders, and produce a better path forward for everyone involved.
We set out to build something better
We did not set out to build just another roofing company. We set out to build a better model for how roof decisions get made. That meant starting with documented roof truth instead of assumptions. It meant creating a prescription instead of a sales-first recommendation. It meant building a system that could support homeowners, commercial property owners, insurance stakeholders, and contractors from the same shared reality. And it meant creating continuity over time so the roof would not have to start from zero every time a new issue, event, or decision appeared. Roof RX exists to bring structure, clarity, and trust to a process that has too often operated without them.
Document what is true
Create a clear prescription
Align stakeholders around shared truth
Keep the roof inside a continuum
Truth over bias
The truth is the truth. It should not be adjusted to fit an agenda, a sale, or a preferred outcome.
Trust is earned daily
Trust is not claimed. It is built through consistency, accountability, and follow-through over time.
What we believe
Roof RX is built on a simple belief: truth creates trust, and trust changes outcomes.
We believe people deserve clear answers before major decisions are made. We believe data should lead, not incentives. We believe the experience matters just as much as the deliverable. We believe trust is earned in the details, the communication, the follow-through, and the way people are treated from start to finish.
Unreasonable hospitality
People deserve to feel respected, informed, and cared for throughout the process, especially when the decisions in front of them feel heavy.
Long-term stewardship matters
A roof is not a one-time event. It should be managed with a longer view, with documentation and decisions that stay connected across its lifecycle.
Why Roof RX feels different
Roof RX feels different because it was built from a different set of priorities.
We do not begin with a quote. We begin with documented roof truth. We do not lead with pressure. We lead with clarity. We do not reduce the roof to a one-time transaction. We treat it as a system that should be documented, understood, and stewarded over time.
That shift changes the experience. It creates calmer conversations. It gives stakeholders a clearer way to move forward. And it helps decisions start from reality instead of noise.
Truth first
Long-term continuity
A clear prescription
A more human experience from start to finish
Shared roof truth
Built to protect more than roofs
Roof RX exists to save lives, protect property, and mitigate risk.
That mission matters because roof decisions are never just about shingles, systems, or materials. They affect families, buildings, portfolios, insurability, trust, and long-term resilience. When roof decisions are made without clarity, the consequences can travel far beyond the roof itself.
That is why Roof RX was built with a bigger purpose. We are here to help create a better standard for how roof truth is documented, how people are treated, and how decisions get made across the broader ecosystem.
Built on experience. Focused on lasting impact.
Roof RX was built out of a long-standing legacy in the roofing world, but it was never meant to simply repeat what the industry had already been doing.
It was built to take the lessons, frustrations, and hard-earned perspective that come from years in the field and turn them into something more useful, more defensible, and more human. Something that could serve not only roof owners, but also insurance professionals, property stakeholders, and the contractors who want to operate to a higher standard.
The goal is not just to solve one problem at one moment. The goal is to create a system that has a lasting impact on the people, properties, and industries every roof touches.
