Your roof is less than 10 years old and your home has a traditional pitched roof with no flat sections. You don't have a lot of complexity to manage yet — but establishing a documented record now is the smartest thing you can do before your roof ages into a more expensive problem.

You own a high-value or custom home where the roof is a significant construction, insurance, and financial exposure. Your property may involve estate-level construction, premium roofing materials, or architectural design that demands a more rigorous standard of care. You need the deepest documentation, two inspections per year to ensure your roof stays ahead of risk, and the highest rebate available toward eventual replacement.

Every dollar you spend with Roof RX — on your annual plan premium and on any repairs performed through Roof RX — earns you a defined percentage back as a rebate credit toward your eventual roof replacement. The percentage is determined by your plan tier, the balance builds every year you stay enrolled, and when it's time to replace your roof, it comes directly off the top of your replacement invoice.
