Roof RX Care Plans — Plan Guide
Everything you need to know about your plan, your benefits, and the value that builds every year you're enrolled.
This guide explains how Roof RX care plans work, how your repair discount and accrual rebate are calculated, how to choose the right plan for your roof, and answers the questions our customers ask most.
Section 1
How the plans work
When you enroll in a Roof RX care plan, you're not just scheduling a service visit. You're establishing a living, documented record of your roof's condition — one that grows more valuable every year and gives you a clear, defensible picture of one of your home's most significant assets.
Your first inspection
Your first inspection establishes your Data Set — a documented baseline of your roof's current condition, materials, and any items that require attention. This is your roof's record of truth. From that point forward, every inspection, every repair, and every maintenance visit adds to that record. Nothing starts over. Nothing gets lost.
Your plan runs annually. Each year your premium is paid, your accrual rebate balance grows, your repair discount stays active, and your roof record stays current. If a storm or qualifying event occurs between scheduled inspections, your plan covers a post-event inspection at no additional charge.
Section 2
How the accrual rebate works
This is the benefit that makes Roof RX fundamentally different from any other roof service relationship you've ever had.
Every dollar you spend with Roof RX — on your annual plan premium and on any repairs performed through Roof RX — earns you a defined percentage back as a rebate credit toward your eventual in-network roof replacement. That percentage is determined by your plan tier.

How it builds — a real example
A homeowner on the Specialty Care plan pays $999 per year. At 20%, they bank $199.80 in rebate credit from their premium alone. In year two they have a $6,000 repair performed through Roof RX. Their 20% plan discount brings that repair invoice to $4,800 — and 20% of the $4,800 they paid adds $960 to their rebate balance. After just two years of premiums and one repair, their rebate balance is $1,359.60. Ten years of premiums alone builds $1,998 in rebate credit. Add even moderate repair activity over that period and a homeowner can realistically accumulate several thousand dollars that comes directly off their replacement invoice — on a roof that might otherwise cost $40,000 or more to replace.
When it's time to replace the roof — whether that's ten years from now or twenty — that accumulated balance comes directly off the top of the replacement invoice. The market assessment price for a comparable replacement is what you'd pay anywhere else. Your Roof RX replacement price is that number minus everything you've earned.
In-network replacements only. Your rebate is redeemable when your replacement is performed through a Roof RX in-network contractor. This ensures the quality and documentation standard your roof record was built on carries all the way through to the finished replacement.
Active plan required. The rebate does not expire as long as your plan remains active. If you cancel your plan, your accrued balance is forfeited. The rebate is a benefit of an active ongoing relationship with Roof RX, not a standalone financial instrument.
Caps apply per tier. Rebate balances are capped at $5,000 for Preventive Care, $10,000 for Active Care, $15,000 for Specialty Care, and $20,000 for Concierge Care.
It's yours — not a negotiation. The rebate is not a discount on the replacement cost at the time of purchase. It is a balance you have earned and banked. You're not negotiating a price at the end. You're collecting what's already yours.
Section 3
How the repair discount works
Every Roof RX care plan includes a percentage discount on any repair work performed through Roof RX. The discount applies to the total cost of the repair including labor and materials, and is applied at the time of service against Roof RX's standard rate for that scope of work.

Both benefits apply on every repair
Your rebate accrual is calculated on the dollars you actually pay after your discount is applied — so your discount reduces what you pay, and your rebate accrues on that paid amount. You receive both benefits on every repair Roof RX performs.
Section 4
Which plan is right for you?
Your plan tier is determined by the nature and complexity of your roof, not by how much coverage you want. Think of it less like choosing a phone plan and more like a doctor recommending the right level of care based on what they actually find.
Preventive Care
$599 / year
Built for newer roofs that just need to stay that way.
Your roof is less than 10 years old and your home has a conventional pitched roof with no flat sections. Your roof is in its early life and the priority is establishing a solid documented record before any complexity develops.
Specialty Care
$999 / year
Designed for roofs where the architecture demands more than a standard approach.
Your home has a large or architecturally distinctive roof — significant square footage, extensive flat or low-slope sections, complex drainage systems, or materials and design that go meaningfully beyond a conventional installation.
Active Care
$799 / year
For roofs that have a little more going on — or a few more years behind them.
Your roof is 10 years old or older, or your home has steep pitches, dormers, multiple roof lines, or any area where a flat or low-slope surface meets a pitched roof. More age or more complexity means more to track and more to protect.
Concierge Care
$1,799 / year
For high-value properties where the roof requires the highest level of care.
You own a high-value or custom home where the roof is a significant construction, insurance, and financial exposure — estate-level builds, premium materials, or architectural design that demands the most rigorous standard of care and the most frequent inspection cadence.
Section 5
Your Roof Has a Lifecycle. Roof RX Is Built Around All of It.
Most homeowners only think about their roof twice — when something goes wrong, and when it's time to replace it. Roof RX was built to change that. Not because roofs are interesting, but because the gap between those two moments is where thousands of dollars are lost, where insurance conversations go sideways, and where small problems become expensive ones.
Roof RX operates across the full lifecycle of your roof through a simple, consistent process: we establish the truth, we prescribe what needs to happen, we validate that the work was done correctly, and we maintain the record over time. Every product Roof RX offers — from the initial Check-Up to the Full Prescription to the care plan you're reading about now — exists at a specific point in that continuum.
The Check-Up is where most relationships with Roof RX begin. It's a documented assessment that gives your roof a status — Green, Yellow, Red, or Black — and tells you exactly where things stand. No guesswork. No sales pressure. Just the truth.
From there, a Roof RX care plan is how that truth stays current. Your roof doesn't stop aging after the Check-Up. Conditions change, weather happens, materials wear. The care plan keeps your documentation alive, your repair costs lower, and your replacement rebate building — so that when end of life eventually comes, you're not starting from zero. You're collecting what you've already earned.
Every dollar you invest in your roof through Roof RX works twice — once to protect the roof you have today, and once toward the replacement you'll eventually need. That's not a maintenance plan. That's a strategy.
YOUR MONEY goes further
Every dollar you invest in your roof through Roof RX works twice — once to protect the roof you have today, and once toward the replacement you'll eventually need. That's not a maintenance plan. That's a strategy.

Frequently asked questions
ENROLLMENT & BILLING
Can I pay monthly instead of annually?
Yes. All four residential plans offer a monthly payment option via credit card or bank draft. Monthly pricing is available at enrollment.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment period?
Plans are structured as annual agreements. You can cancel at any time, but your accrued rebate balance is forfeited upon cancellation as it is a benefit of active plan membership.
Can I upgrade my plan tier later?
Yes. If your roof's condition or complexity changes — or if you simply want to move to a higher tier — you can upgrade at your next renewal. Your rebate balance carries forward at the new tier's accrual rate going forward.
What happens if I sell my home?
Your plan and accrued rebate balance are tied to your enrollment. They do not automatically transfer to a new owner. However, Roof RX Care Plans are transferable, and your accrual rebate will transfer to the new homeowner when they enroll in a qualifying plan. Contact Roof RX at the time of sale to discuss your options.
INSPECTIONS & SERVICE
What exactly happens during an inspection?
A Roof RX inspector physically accesses your roof and performs a comprehensive documented assessment, including detailed drone image capture — organic material removal, gutter cleaning, nail pop and sealant checks and corrections, ventilation review, and a full photographic record update. Everything is added to your living roof record.
What counts as a qualifying post-event inspection?
Any documented weather event in your area — hail, high winds, significant rainfall, or other storm activity — qualifies for a post-event inspection request. You don't need to see visible damage to request one. The purpose of the post-event inspection is to document the roof's condition immediately after the event, which is often as valuable for insurance purposes as any repair.
Who performs the inspection?
Roof RX inspections are performed by trained Roof RX professionals operating under Roof RX's documentation and quality standards.
If a repair is identified during my inspection, am I required to use Roof RX?
No. Roof RX will document what was found and prescribe the appropriate repair scope. You are not obligated to use Roof RX for that work. However, only repairs performed through Roof RX qualify for your plan discount and contribute to your accrual rebate balance. Also, repairs done outside of the Roof RX Continuum are not covered by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty and could invalidate previous warranty work.
THE REBATE
When can I redeem my rebate?
Your rebate balance is redeemable when your roof reaches end of life and replacement is recommended through your documented roof record. It is applied at the time of your in-network replacement and comes directly off the top of your replacement invoice.
What does 'in-network replacement' mean?
Roof RX works with a qualified network of replacement contractors who meet Roof RX's standards for workmanship and documentation. Your rebate is redeemable when your replacement is performed through a Roof RX in-network contractor in your area.
What happens to my rebate if I cancel my plan?
Your accrued rebate balance is forfeited upon cancellation. The rebate is a benefit of active plan membership.
Is there a limit to how much rebate I can accumulate?
Yes. Rebate balances are capped at $5,000 for Preventive Care, $10,000 for Active Care, $15,000 for Specialty Care, and $20,000 for Concierge Care.
THE WARRANTY
What does the lifetime workmanship warranty cover?
The lifetime workmanship warranty covers all repair and maintenance work performed by Roof RX under your plan. Any work Roof RX performs is guaranteed for as long as you remain an active plan member. It covers the quality of the work — not the underlying roof materials or pre-existing conditions.
Is the warranty transferable?
Yes, in certain circumstances. The warranty is tied to your active plan membership and your existing property, but it does not automatically transfer. In the event that you sell your home, the warranty and the accrual rebate are transferable to the new homeowner once they enroll in a qualifying Care Plan. Contact Roof RX to discuss options at the time of a property sale.
